These are suggested guidelines designed to help you get the most out of your colonic. Whether you're able to follow all, some, or none of these, your session will still be beneficial. Our personally curated product suggestions are coming soon.

1 Week Before:
Start following your personal detox plan or medical professional's nutritional guidelines, if applicable
Begin incorporating more fibrous fruits and vegetables into your diet
Consider integrating any of these supplements into your daily routine:
Magnesium
Aloe water
Triphala
Chlorophyll
3 Days Before:
Start hydrating with electrolytes
Begin using castor oil packs on your liver (under your right rib)
Continue taking supplements
Maintain fiber-rich diet
Day of Colonic:
Wear a loose t-shirt to your appointment
Continue hydration with electrolytes
Stop drinking water 2 hours before your session
Finish any meals at least 2 hours before your appointment to allow digestive tract to rest
Empty your bladder before the session

You therapist will be with you the whole session and we welcome open communication
Our therapists incorporate bodywork on your back and stomach
Our therapists use coconut oil and essential oils. If you prefer not to use these ingredients, please let your therapist know in advance

Immediately Following Your Session:
Resume your normal activities
You may feel lighter and more energetic, or you might feel temporarily fatigued. Listen to your body and rest as needed.
Gradually reintroduce liquids, ideally warm, and continue hydrating with electrolytes
First 24 Hours:
Enjoy whole foods, warm soups, and easily digestible meals. Trust your body's cravings for guidance.
Consider complementary care practices to support your post-session recovery:
exfoliation
dry skin brushing
steams
saunas
heating pads
salt baths
castor oil packs
Continue any supplements that worked well for you.
